Regulation Regarding Amendments on the Regulation on Principles for Foundation and Activities of Asset Management Companies has been published in the Official Gazette dated 4 March 2017 and no.29997.

The aforementioned Regulation has been enacted as of 4 March 2017, the date of its promulgation and regulatory terms are handled by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency.
