The Communique concerning the implementation of the Council of Ministers Decision no. 2018/11201, published in the Official Gazette dated 25 January 2018 and enacted as of the same date, for supports to the investments within the scope of attraction centers program took effect following the publication of it in the Official Gazette dated 15 March 2018.

The Communique provides context regarding the application to the attraction centers program and the procedure and principles required for benefitting from energy supports within the scope of the program.
