General Directorate of Incentives and Foreign Capital will be notified in electronic environment as of 1 June 2018.

The Regulation Requiring the Amendment of the Regulation on the Implementation of the Direct Foreign Investments Law (The Regulation) has been enacted as of its publication in the Official Gazette dated 1 June 2018.

Through the Regulation, it is aimed to finalize the implementation of the forms required to be submitted in hard copies, to make the data system related to foreign direct investments more comprehensive, to provide the current information more quickly and to reduce the paper load.

The relevant Regulation contains the article amendments regarding the accreditation of the companies and branches within the scope of Foreign Direct Investment Law no 4875 and authorized users that will perform transactions on behalf of these companies and branches to the Electronic Incentive Implementation and Foreign Capital Information System (E-TUYS) and electronical submission of the notifications.
