Articles concerning the Regulation Requiring Amendments to the Regulation on SMEs’ definitions, qualifications and classification (The Regulation) have been published in the Official Gazette dated 24.06.2018 no.30458 to be effective from the date of publication.

The Regulation briefly contains amendments to the Regulation on SMEs’ definitions, qualifications and classification enacted through the Council of Ministers Decision dated 19.10.2005 no.2005/9617.

The concerning amendments cover matters such as the definition and classification of micro, medium and large scale SMEs, declaration of operational state, headcount, financial situation, data used for reference period and availability of enterprise data.
