Through the Presidential Decision no.287 published in the repetitive Official Gazette dated 31 Oct 2018;

• VAT rates on goods (furniture) with HS Code and definitions indicated in the list attached to this circular have been reduced to 8 % to be applicable until 31 Dec 2018 (including this date).
• SCT rates on goods (refrigerators, freezers, thermosiphons, washing, drying machines and dishwashers, air conditioners) with HS Code and definitions indicated in the list attached to this circular have been reduced to 0 (zero) % to be applicable until 31 Dec 2018 (including this date).

The Presidential Decision no.287 has been enacted as of 31 Oct 2018.
