SCT on motorcycles and wheeled vehicles with an auxiliary engine temporarily reduced to zero.

Through the Presidential Decision no. 540 published in the 4th repetitive Official Gazette dated 31 December 2018, the special consumption tax (SCT) on motorcycles and wheeled vehicles (goods under HS code 87.11, 8711.60.10.00.00 ve 8711.60.90.00.12) with an auxiliary engine temporarily has been set as 0 % (zero), to be effective until 31 March 2019 (including this date)

The Decision has been enacted as of 1 January 2019.
