Amendments to the Decision for State Aid on Investments introduced through the Presidential Decision no.798 published in the Official Gazette dated 28 Feb 19 are provided below:
-Certain arrangements have been made regarding the appraisal process for the complete plant import.
-Amendments are made regarding the minimum requirements for greenhouse cultivation and elderly and / or disabled care centre investments existing under the article titled “Investment topics with priority”.
-The minimum investment amounts for the greenhouse cultivation sector have been updated in the App.2A on “minimum investment / capacity amounts by regions and regions that can benefit from regional supports”.
-Certain amendments have been introduced for weaving investments through the appendix “sector numbers of provinces appropriate for benefitting from regional supports” no.App.2-B and “investment topics that will not be supported or incentivizing dependent on certain requirements” no.App.-4.
-The period for additional supports utilized within the scope of investment incentive certificates issued for the manufacturing industry in the temporary article 8 of the Decision has been extended to 31.12.2019.
