Through the Presidential Decision no.1403 published in the Official Gazette dated 7 August 2019, amendments have been announced to the Decision for Project Based State Aids to Investments within its titles “Definitions”, “Supports”, “Application and documents to be sought”, “Evaluation”, “Transfer of company shares and investment”, “Sanctions”. The Decision also included amendments made within the scope of Technology-Oriented Industrial Action Program.
