TUBITAK’s 1501 and 1507 programs to be conducted through calls twice a year.

The aim of the regulation is to ensure the more efficient use of the public resources provided by the TÜBİTAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) Technology and Innovation Support Programs Presidency (TEYDEB) support programs for the needs of the country and national targets. Thus, efforts were made to increase the R&D capacity of SMEs and that paved the way for the production of high value-added products and technologies. The call schedule for priority areas will be announced by TUBITAK in the upcoming period.

Issues to be considered in identifying the projects for support

If the applicant firms have already supported projects, the output obtained within the scope of the project and its effects, initiatives to benefit from alternative non-public funding sources (especially applications made to the European Union Framework Programs) and whether the subject of the project is within priority areas or not will also be taken into consideration.
