Title:

Amendments to the Decision on the Support for Investments within the Scope of the Attraction Centres Program announced.

The amendments indicated below have been announced through the Presidential Decision no.3063 published in the Official Gazette dated 7 October 2020 and enacted as of the same date:

  • Incentive applications made until 31.12.2021 will be supported under the program.
  • Manufacturing industry investments (US-97 Code: 15-37) to be supported within the scope of the Decision should be realized in an organized industrial zone or industrial site and meet the minimum investment amount of 2 million TL.
  • Investments that only benefit from subsidized credit support of other public institutions will be able to benefit from supports within the scope of this Decree, provided that no interest or dividend support is provided for the subsidized loan.
  • Kilis has been added to the provinces covered by the Attraction Centre Program.
