Authorization Communique Regarding the Execution of Investment Incentive Certificate Transactions in Electronic Environment amended.


Amendments to the Authorization Communique Regarding the Execution of Investment Incentive Certificate Transactions in Electronic Environment indicated below have been announced through the Communique published in the Official Gazette dated 16 October 2020 and enacted as of the same date:

  • The phrases of "Ministry of Economy" in the Communique have been changed as "Ministry of Industry and Technology".
  • Definitions and explanations for the registered electronic mail (KEP) address and its procurement have been added to the Communique and documents submitted to the Ministry with wet-ink signature at the authorization stage as an investor will be sent via the KEP address.
  • In case of an extension request by the investors, instead of applying to the General Directorate together with the new E-TUYS written contract and user authorization form, it has been ensured that the concerning documents are sent to the General Directorate's electronic mail address.
  • Likewise, if the user waives his / her authority, it is stated that the authorization will be canceled following the sending of the documents proving that the aforementioned situation has been notified to the investor through a notary public or certified mail to the registered e-mail address of the General Directorate.
  • The application documents required for all transactions to be made through E-TUYS should be sent to the General Directorate's registered e-mail address in line with the procedures and principles to be released on the Ministry website.
