Title: Submission periods of VAT, Stamp Tax and Withholding and Premium Service Declarations and their payment period and submission period of Ba-Bs forms and preparation, signing and uploading periods of e-books/e-charters have been extended.
Submission periods of VAT, Stamp Tax and Withholding and Premium Service Declarations which should have been submitted until April 26, 2021, and payments terms of taxes accrued based on such returns have been extended to the end of Wednesday, April 28, 2021 according to Tax Procedure Law Circular no.133 published by Turkish Revenue Administration on April 22, 2021 on its official website. Submission period of “Form Ba” and “Form Bs” notifications regarding 2021/March period, preparation and signing period of e-Books and uploading period of “Electronic Book Charters” have been extended until the end of Friday, May 7, 2021.
