The following amendments have been made on Communique on Application Principles of Technology-Driven Industrial Move published on Official Gazette dated April 25, 2021: • New definitions have been introduced through making regulations in terms of definitions in scope of Technology-Driven Industrial Move Program and “Investment Project” definition has been added. • Regulations have been made in “General definition of the Program”, “Committee”, “Program management”, “Project Commissions” and “Project stakeholders” titles of the Communique. • Regulations have been made in "Application", "Project feasibility", "Independent evaluation report", "Evaluation of applications", "Types of support," Ministry supports to be provided to investments under the program "," TUBITAK supports to be provided under the program "and "KOSGEB supports to be provided under the program” titles of the Communique. • Regulations have been made in “Monitoring”, “Revision”, “Finalization” and “Completion” titles included under section 5 “Monitoring, Revisions, Finalization and Completion” of the Communique. The communique has entered into force on its publication date (April 27, 2021). |
