SCT amounts regarding certain goods (gas, diesel, propane, butane and LPG) included in Chart (A) of list numbered (I) attached to Special Consumption Tax Law has been redetermined according to Presidency Decree numbered 3994 and published on Official Gazette dated May 20, 2021. The list regarding such goods and SCT amounts are called to your attention attached to our circular.
The Decree has entered into force on its publication date (May 20, 2021).
