Periods in scope of “Cash Repatriation” have been extended for 6 months according to Presidency Decree numbered 5058 and published on Official Gazette dated December 31, 2021. - Notification period for overseas money, gold, foreign currency, securities and other capital market instruments is extended to June 30, 2022 from December 31, 2021, Period regarding notification to tax office and recording of money, gold, securities and other capital market instruments owned by income or corporate taxpayers in Turkey however which are not recognized on legal book records is extended to June 30, 2022 from December 31, 2021. |
