The minimum wage amount to be applied between 01.07.2022 and 31.12.2022 has been determined by the Minimum Wage Determination Commission and announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on 1 July 2022.
Considering these statements of the President and the gross minimum wage amount of 6,471.00 TL on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Safety; the monthly net minimum wage to be applied in the period of 01.07.2022-31.12.2022 is calculated as 5,500.35 TL and the monthly cost of a minimum wage worker to the employer is calculated as 7,603.43 TL.
The commission decision has not been published in the Official Gazette as of the date of our circular.
