Amendments provided below have been made on the Decision for State Aid on Investments no.2012/3305 through the Council of Ministers Decision no. 2017/10111 published in the Official Gazette dated 3 May 2017:
- Investments of licenced warehouses and nuclear power plants are included in the scope of investment items with priority.
- Effective date for the Article 2 of Decision no. 2017/9917 dated 13 February 2017 has been changed as 22.11.2016.
The first of the amendments indicated above is enacted as of the date of promulgation while the latter is enacted as of the date of promulgation taking effect on 22 February 2017.
