The following amendments are made on Decree on Government Assistance on Investments with the Presidential Decree numbered 3307 published on Official Gazette dated December 17, 2020:
R&D and environment investments, listed under interest and dividend support title, have been omitted and such investment type is included under “Privileged investment subjects”.
“Investment Commitment Advance Credit” support in Turkish Lira sourcing from Central Bank of Turkey is granted specific to privileged investment subjects and strategic investment.
Industrial facility investments including production of transportation vehicles working with electricity or hydrogen amounting to at least TL 50 million to privileged investment subjects.
Article 19 “R&D and environment investments” is abolished.
Importation opportunity without customs exemption is granted for semi-dissembled parts and sections (SKD) until 31/8/2021 provided being in line with production capacity and used for production of mobile phones for investments towards production of mobile phone which are commenced from production of printed circuit board (PCBA).
