Title: Documents demonstrating overdue debt status of beneficiaries shall not be required in terms of payments to be made by public institutions due to earthquake until July 31, 2023.
Amendments have been made on Serial No:A Sequence no:1 General Communique on Collection according to Communique published on Official Gazette dated February 17, 2023. Accordingly, the obligation to request a document demonstrating that there is no overdue debt shall not be sought for payment to be made until July 31, 2023 (including this date) due to earthquakes occurred in Kahramanmaraş on February 6, 2023. The communique has entered into force on its publication date (February 17, 2023).
