Title: For the locations declared force majeure due to the earthquake, the installment periods in the structuring laws numbered 7256 and 7326 have been re-determined.
With the Presidential Decree No. 6831 published in the Official Gazette dated February 23, 2023, the payment terms of the installments that the debtors in the locations where force majeure was declared due to the earthquake, must be paid exclusively to the apartments in these places during the force majeure, within the scope of the Restructuring Laws No. 7256 and No. 7326, have been re-determined. The Decree has entered into force on its publication date
