Title:

Basis for SCT Rates determined for passenger cars with only electric engines are increased.

In accordance with the Presidency Decree numbered 6885 and published on Official Gazette dated March 3, 2023, basis for SCT rates for passenger cars only with electric engines has been increased. In this framework; taxation shall be as follows:

-10% for those not having an engine power less than 160 kW and a SCT base less than 1.250.000 TRY; 40% for others,

- 50% for those having an engine power more than 160 kW and a SCT base less than 1.350.000 TRY;

60% for others,

Related Decree has entered into force on its publication date (March 03, 2023).
