The following amendments were made in the Presidency Decree numbered 6923 published in the Official Gazette dated 10 March 2023 and the Decree on State Aids in Investments dated 15.06.2012 and numbered 2012/3305:
It has been added to the Decree that no investment place can be allocated for investments in electrical energy production.
Investments in the production of carrier columns and transmission columns made of vulcanized rubber with the US-97 code 2519.0.04 (earthquake damage prevention device, epoxy-coated prediction rope, etc.) were excluded from the scope of regional supports and added to the priority investment topics.
It has been added to the Decree that the completion visa for GES and WPP investments within the scope of unlicensed activity can be made with a certified copy of the temporary acceptance certificate and a certified public accountant report.
With the added temporary articles, the right to extend the period for an additional 3 years has been granted for the investment incentive certificates whose validity period continues as of 06.02.2023 and based on the investment incentive certificates in this region and the applications to be made until 31/12/2024, additional arrangements have been made for interest and profit share supports in these regions.
Investments on “tanning and processing of leather” to be made in the provinces of Manisa, Kütahya, Afyonkarahisar, Kırşehir and Sivas are included in the scope of regional support.
The Decree has entered into force on its publication date.
