Title:

Certain amendments are made on Decree on Government Aids in investments and Communique on implementation of this Decree.

The following amendments were made in the Presidency Decree Communique published in the Official Gazette dated November 28, 2023 and the Decree on State Aids in Investments dated 19.06.2012 and numbered 2012/1:

  • The CPA report on Solar Power Plant and Wind Power Plant investments and the completion visa application, which were added to the Decision on State Aid in Investments, were also added to the Communiqué.
  • Annex-11 of the Communique, which regulates the CPA report format in question, has been updated.

The communique has entered into force on its publication date (November 28, 2023).
