Title:

Certain amendments have been introduced to the Communiqué on the Implementation of the Decision on State Supports in Investments.

The condition of using “domestically produced solar cells whose production process starts from the ingot slicing stage or a stage prior to it” even in domestic purchases, which was introduced for Solar Power Plant investments on 24.08.2024, will not be required for investments within the scope of incentive certificates for which a completion visa application will be made in accordance with the procedure specified in the Communiqué before 28.02.2025.

The Communiqué that includes this regulation became effective on the date of its publication (27.09.2024).
