VAT rates reduced on deliveries of yacht, cruiser, boat, excursion boats and furniture.

VAT rates applied over the deliveries of goods provided below have been reset through the Council of Ministers Decision no.2017/9759 published in the Official Gazette dated 3 February 2017.

- VAT rate for the deliveries of yacht, cruiser, boat and excursion boats announced at 1 %.

- VAT rates for the goods (furniture) of which HS Codes and definitions are identified within the circular attachment are determined as 8 % to be implemented until 30 April 2017 (including this date).

- Deliveries of feeds and fertilizers had been announced to be exempt of VAT through the Law no. 6663 published in the Official Gazette dated 10 February 2016. Within the context of this arrangement, through the Council of Ministers Decision no.2017/9759, the 19th and 20th lines of the list no (1) containing the feed and fertilizer deliveries have been repealed.

The Council of Ministers Decision has been enacted as of 3 February 2017
