The Decree regarding the amendment to the clause (a) within Article 1 of the Decision enacted through the Council of Ministers Decree no.2016/9093 dated 01.08.2016 concerning the detection of R&D staff number to be employed at R&D centers has been published in the Official Gazette no.30157 dated 17.08.2016.

Amendments to the Council of Ministers Decision have been effective as of 11.08.2017.
