The "Law no. 6736 Regarding the Restructuring of Certain Receivables" had been enacted as of its promulgation in the Official Gazette dated 19 August 2016. Through the Law for State Retirement Fund no.6770 promulgated in the Official Gazette dated 27 January 2017 and Article 26 of the "Law Regarding Amendments on Certain Laws and Legislative Decrees", installment periods of taxpayers having applied for the restructuring of debts within the scope of the Law no.6736 have been extended and new rights are entitled to the ones failing to pay their installments. Circular no.011 dated 27 January 2017 contains our explanations concerning the aforementioned Law term. General Communique on the Law no.6736 Regarding the Restructuring of Certain Receivables series no.5 identifying the procedures and principles on implementation of the related legal arrangement has been published in the Official Gazette dated 29 January 2017. The aforementioned provisions have been enacted as of the promulgation date of the Law no.6770.
