Paragraph 9 of section “II. Port Transactions” of tariff numbered (7) attached to Act of Fees and article 22 of the Law numbered 7334 published on Official Gazette dated July 28, 2021 have been amended.
Accordingly, fees shall be obtained according to following tariff from licenses granted to yachts in the framework of paragraph 3 article 29 of Tourism Incentive Law.
In terms of yachts having a length from 39 meters up to 60 meters
200.000 TRY
In terms of yachts having a length from 60 meters up to 80 meters
300.000 TRY
In terms of yachts having a length more than 80 meters
400.000 TRY
Same amount of fee shall be received in case such license is renewed and its period is extended in accordance with this provision entered into force on its publication date (July 28, 2021).
