According to Presidential Decree numbered 7343 and published on Official Gazette dated July 7, 2023, 0% withholding will be made on the amounts considered as distributed dividends related to their own shares acquired by the resident stock corporations whose shares are traded in Borsa Istanbul as of July 7, 2023.
As of July 7, 2023, 15% withholding will be applied over the amounts considered as distributed dividends in relation to their own shares acquired by the resident stock corporations other than these above.
