Title: Constitutional Court has canceled the provision regarding fee exemption which is applicable for transactions made by asset management companies and papers issued accordingly.
Constitutional Court has decided to cancel the provision regarding the exemption of fees to be paid according to Act of Fees in terms of transactions made by asset management companies and papers issued with respect to such transactions mentioned under paragraph 6 of article 143 of Banking Law through deeming the provision in question in contradiction with the Constitution. The Decision in question dated 01.02.2024 and numbered E.2023/110, K.2024/35 has been published on Official Gazette dated June 5, 2024.
