Under the Communiqué no. 2024-32/70 published in the Official Gazette dated 8 October 2024, Turkish-resident and approved institutions that are appointed pursuant to the Regulation on Medical Devices and the Regulation on Medical Devices for In-Vitro Diagnostic Purposes (Rep. OG: 02.06.2021) have been allowed to draw up service contracts concluded with manufacturer companies within the scope of the aforementioned regulations and the business contracts concluded with Turkish-resident persons, in foreign currency or indexed to foreign currency.
The Communiqué became effective on the date of its publication.
